Come and join us at the Picton Library to learn all about the smallest penguin in the world - the Kororā!!

Recommended Age 5-12 yrs

Most of our events aim to have crafts and games for all ages but as this is a special event where we will be constructing penguin boxes, the recommended age for this event is 5 - 12 years.

Registering:

As spaces are limited for the visit to Kaipūpū Sanctuary, registering on this page for the 10.30am event DOES NOT guarantee your boat trip to Kaipūpū. Please KEEP AN EYE OUT out for emails from us, as we'll send you a link to purchase your Kaipūpū Sanctuary tickets. We only have free spaces available for a limited number of tamariki (5-12 yr olds will be prioritised).

We are very grateful to Port Marlborough and Beachcombers to offer our event participants a reduced rate to visit Kaipūpū Sanctuary. 

(Please note that the visit to Kaipūpū Sanctuary is separate to our event, done at your own risk and all children must be accommpanied by an adult).

12.30pm-2.00pm: Trip out to Kaipūpū Sanctuary

                                      Adults $15

                                      FREE (kids U13 ) - limited spots

                                      5 - 12 yrs prioritised

**Please note that will we have a videographer filming for this event, and we'll have a filming waiver form to sign on arrival.**
