We organised a trip to the snow in 2019 to help the kids learn some snow survival skill. A group of 10 of our older kids were very lucky to be able to take part in a basic snow survival skills course run by the local ski field. They dug snow shelters and learnt all about hypothermia. While the older kids where off learning how to survive, our younger members had a go on the skis, with both ski or snow boarding lessons. After lunch the older kids also joined in the lessons. It was a fantastic day our with lots of snow on the mountain.
